Although this apartment is just 4 minutes away from La Grava Beach (also known as Customs del Mar) it's always handy to have a pool by your holiday accommodation, especially if you are with children. The community pool is just a few steps away, in a corner surrounded by exotic vegetation. Savor summer afternoons whenever you are feeling too lazy to go to the beach. Keep an eye on the kids and let the gentle reflections of the water to hypnotize you...


Divided into 2 areas (lounge and dining), the terrace is the best choice for morning coffees and for dinners at sunset, followed by some Spanish wine on the cozy sofas. People do tell us that they get their "mojo" back after spending some evenings here :)


Guess you have a sort of a ritual that helps you to relax and unwind. Bring it on here on the terrace, play your beloved music, pour yourself a glass of tasty Spanish red wine (vino tinto), and from here, let your mind wander in dreams and plans for the future. 


You get a little bit of sea view, you can admire the beautiful colors of the sunset, you can sit for hours on the laid back sofa, or you can eat a snack or the even the dinner outside, in the open air. If you're a barbecue fan, go to the supermarket or to the "carniceria" and ask them to recommend you a fresh piece of your preferred type of meat (Spain has quality meat so don't leave Spain without trying it!).


The ground floor introduces a living-dining room paved with marble floors, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin. 


All the bedrooms are on the upper floor, which you can access by going up on the marble stairs. There are 2 double bedrooms and another single bedroom, plus a bathroom with a bathtub.


The bedroom area is totally separated by the living room, so it offers privacy in case some of the guests want to catch a nap, while the others are in the living room watching TV. Two of the bedrooms have access to a narrow balcony.








The apartment sits in a privileged location, in the old Port Town of Javea, near La Grava Beach (crystal clear water, Blue Flag awarded beach), close to shops, pubs, restaurants and everything else you could need during your holiday in Javea.


This accommodation is a good choice if you choose to spend your vacation without a car. This holiday rental lays at the foothill of the Montgo Mountain in a natural reservation area, with some of the best microclimates in the world! It's within a walking distance to many amenities in the area. La Grava Beach is a Blue Flag awarded beach, extremely clean and well kept by the authorities. 

Go to Javea Port and watch the fishing boats unload the daily capture, observe the live auction where supermarkets and restaurants bid for the freshest sea delights, or if you like to cook, go ahead and choose fish or seafood from the Fishing Port shop and enjoy the perfect fish dish.


Also, for the ones looking for long-term accommodations or winter lets, this is a very good option for the main reason that this part of Javea is animated all year long.
