La Gaviota residential is a gated community, safe for children and convenient for the adults. The apartment is on the ground floor, so the pool is accessible straight from your terrace.

The kids always love to spend time at the pool. Due to this apartments' position at the ground floor of the building, right next to the pool, you'll be thrilled to encourage them to go for it, while you enjoy your time on the terrace, where you can keep an eye on them.  The pool is open all year round so you can get a tan even during wintertime, there are plenty of sunny days in Javea.

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 4 people. If you need you can sleep another 2 on the extendable couch in the living room. 

The master bedroom offers a king size bed (160 cm) and it has its own en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.  The other bedroom has twin beds and they can be converted into a double super king size bed (180 cm). The mattresses are extremely comfortable, you'll sleep like a baby here. Need antiallergic pillows? We got them. The second bathroom can be accessed from the living room and the twin bedroom.

With beautiful unspoiled beaches, narrow mountain pathways for hiking or biking, plenty of "miradores" (viewing points along the coast), excellent gourmet restaurants along small family run tapas bars, Javea will provide so many things to do and see that you cannot ever get bored. The position of the apartment, close to the beach, the Port of Javea and the old town ("pueblo") grants you quick access to multiple areas of interest in Javea.  

 

It's within a walking distance to many amenities in the area. There are only 7 minutes to La Grava Beach -

a Blue Flag awarded beach, extremely clean and well kept by the authorities. You can often spot groups of flying dolphins and during summer an inflatable water park is brought for the tourists' fun.

Go to Javea Port and watch the fishing boats unload the daily capture, observe the live auction where supermarkets and restaurants bid for the freshest sea delights, or if you like to cook, go ahead and choose fish or seafood from the Fishing Port shop and enjoy the perfect fish dish.

 

You can rent a boat, a kayak or diving equipment. You can enjoy more nautical sports if are passionate about this type of activity, here in Javea.

  • Mi casa es su casa. This family with 3 children welcomes the guests as friends, happily sharing their little corner in Paradise. They fell in love with Javea and bought this apartment for its terrace and for the closeness to La Siesta - their favourite beach bar in the world. They love to end the evenings spent in Javea drinking beers on the terrace, having plentiful conversations with close friends.
